The Company’s History –

The organization’s example of overcoming adversity goes in 1921 when L.S Lowe built a tool shop in a not so famous town in North Wilkesboro, NC. His child, James Lowe, succeeded him as the new supervisor of the home improvement shop after he passed away. Then he decided to left the responsibilities of the store to his mother and sister because he took part in World War II along with his brother Carl Buchan by marriage.

When Carl Buchan came back from the North Wilkesboro in 1943 due to the US Army released him because of an issue from the war. As he was recouping from his injuries, he chose to help deal with Lowe’s equipment business. He increased a 50% stake in the business just after one year later. Then he decided to sell out a large portion of the stock of the store just to rebuild it to some another location by managing in discount and building supplies.

James Lowe got back after his administration at the US Army as a soldier. He was all set to help Buchan by maintaining the business of hardware types of equipment. He teamed up with Buchan to open a subsequent store, which produced numerous benefits in a couple of months. Then they two purchased a cattle farm and a car vendor utilizing the benefits harvested from the endeavor. Buchan chose to exchange his offers these two recently bought dares to Lowe’s offers in their two equipment adventures in 1952.

Carl Buchan built up a third home improvement shop in Asheville, NC three months subsequent to exchanging his cows homestead and vehicle vendor shares.
